At Rocket Dog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
